Data Request

Use this form to ask what personal information Vetra holds about you, or to ask us to delete it, correct it, or stop using it. It applies whether you are a business owner who subscribes to Vetra or a customer or caller of a business that uses Vetra. Details of what we collect and keep are in our Privacy Policy.

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and respond within 30 days. A person reviews and carries out every request; we may email you to confirm your identity before deleting anything — that step exists so nobody can delete your data by pretending to be you. Some records are kept for a legally required period even after a deletion request (for example SMS consent logs); if that applies, our response will say exactly what was deleted and what was retained, and why.
