Vetra issues a per-unit Hardware Financing Schedule. You sign it electronically. Takes about 5 minutes.

We ship directly to your registered shop address. Delivery in 3–5 business days. Confirm receipt and report any damage within 5 days.

Monthly billing

Financing payments billed separately from your software subscription via Stripe or ACH. One line item, every month.

Who qualifies

The 3-month software seasoning gate is our credit pre-screen. It means every shop that reaches HaaS eligibility is already payment-current and operating. No surprises for either side.

Active Vetra subscription — required throughout the financing term. Lapse is material breach.
6+ months in business — established shops only.
Active commercial bank account in the legal name of the shop entity.
Verifiable US shop address — where equipment will be delivered and used.
HaaS Program Terms

What you need to know

Financing Disclosure: HaaS program financing is arranged by Vetra through a third-party equipment finance provider. Financing is subject to credit approval. Rates, terms, and total cost of financing will be provided in writing before you sign a Hardware Financing Schedule. Your finalized schedule will include: creditor identity, APR, total amount financed, total of payments, and payment schedule. This page does not constitute a credit offer or commitment. Tax deductibility depends on your individual tax situation — consult your tax advisor.

HaaS program — Vetra retains title. Payments are generally 100% tax deductible as a business operating expense (consult your tax advisor for your specific situation).
No purchase option — this is not a rent-to-own. Equipment returns at end of term unless a purchase rider is added.
Terms: 24, 36, or 60 months — choose based on your cash flow preference.
Insurance required — shop must maintain commercial property insurance covering the HaaS equipment.
No warehousing by Vetra — equipment ships direct to your shop address. We don't hold inventory.
