VETRA
Pilot opening · independent liquor stores

Your phone rings all day for one question.

"Do you have it?" Import your inventory and Vetra answers from the real count — yes when you have it, low-stock when supply is thin, an honest no when it's out. Says yes only when your inventory count backs it.

Runs on top of the POS you already have. Nothing to switch.

The answer your phone rings for

Import your inventory. Vetra answers from the real count.

Every liquor store has a CSV export of its inventory. Import it and the phone agent answers from actual on-hand quantities, not a catalog guess.

Three answers, based on what the count says

In stock

"Yes, we have that." Said with confidence, because the count shows five or more on hand.

Low stock

"We've got a couple left — let me get someone to confirm." One to four on hand: honest about supply, still a handoff.

Out / unknown

Zero on hand: "We don't carry that right now." No count or stale count: routes to staff, never guesses.

The agent says yes only when your inventory count backs it. A stale count falls back to a transfer — staff make the call, not a guess.

The no that keeps working

Every no becomes data. Every no becomes pipeline.

When a caller asks for something you don't have, that call is not wasted — it records what was asked for, and offers to take their number for a restock text. The store learns what to carry. The customer stays in reach.

What callers ask for

A running list of what you don't carry but people keep calling about.

Every no logs the item, how often it's been asked, and how recently. The dashboard shows the list ranked by demand — purchasing intelligence no distributor rep can give you, built from your own phone calls.

Restock notifications

"Can we text you when that comes in?" The agent offers. The caller decides.

On a yes, Vetra takes their number and the item they asked about. When the next import shows that item in stock, the store has a list of customers already waiting to hear about it.

The caller chooses to leave their number. No number is stored without a yes on the call.

More than the phone

The phone agent is one part. The system is what builds the asset.

The two questions that fill your phone — do you have it, and when are you open — are handled. What the system builds in the background is something your store has never had: a record of who your customers are, what they buy, and who you're losing.

Scanner-built customer profiles — photographed receipts read into purchase history without manual entry QR signup — provisioned per store; customers link themselves to their purchase history Category and frequency data — who buys bourbon, who shops the top shelf, who has not been in lately Runs on top of the POS you already have — nothing to replace, nothing to negotiate

Not ready to buy? The pilot below is the same conversation without the checkout — Avi sets the catalog and the phone up around your store either way.

Pilot

It's a pilot, so we build to your store.

We set the catalog and the phone up around how your store already runs, rather than handing you something generic and asking you to adapt to it.

Avi reads every one of these himself, usually the same day.

Talk to Avi.

Not a sales team — there isn't one. He built it, and he is the person who will answer.

Independent liquor stores, one to a handful of locations. If you are a chain with a marketing department, we are honestly not the right fit yet.

"Not sure" is a fine answer.
